FTC Center for Talent Attraction, Culture & Engagement

A global think tank connecting culture, employer brand, people experience, and recruitment intelligence to reimagine how organisations attract and engage talent over the next decade.

Center Overview

The Center brings together senior executives with strategic responsibilities for talent attraction, employer branding, and talent engagement from leading organisations around the world.

As a member of the Center, you join a peer group that meets every quarter virtually, gets together for in-person meetings to discuss trends and share learnings, and that meets at the FTC Summit in Stockholm every year.
