What can I expect from the Future Talent Summit experience?

Anticipate an extraordinary experience: engaging with global visionaries, participating in interactive sessions, and gaining new and profound insights into the transformative impact of AI on all aspects influencing the future of Business, Work & HR, Education, and Society.
Can I choose sessions from different summits, or am I limited to one category?

While you will choose your Vertical Summit, you will still be able to take part in selected sessions in the other summits. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, well-rounded exploration across Business, Work & HR, Education, and Society.

Why is the event by invitation only?

The event is invitation-only to ensure the quality of the event and the discussions, as well as a dynamic and collaboration-centric environment, fostering meaningful interactions among leaders and contributors.

Can I access the agenda in advance to plan my attendance?
Once you register, you will gain privileged access to the event agenda and speaker updates before they are made public.
Will virtual attendance options be available for those who prefer not to travel?
Unfortunately, virtual attendance is not currently an option. We are meeting in Stockholm and really hope you can make it, to build your network and prepare for a new future of AI.

Is The Future Talent Summit accessible by wheelchair?
The venue is fully accessible by wheelchair. Entry is free for personal assistants. When arriving at the venue, please visit the ticket helpdesk next to the badge claim point to claim the ticket. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at The Future Talent Summit.

When should I get to Stockholm for the Future Talent Summit?

We encourage everyone to come to Stockholm the day before on the 17th of June to enjoy the amazing city as well as the Pre Summit Network Mingle.

Where is the closest airport?

Stockholms major international airport is Arlanda Airport which has fast connections to the city center. We recommend the following means of transportation:

By bus: Flygbussarna
By bullet train: Arlanda Express – use our 20% off partner discount FTS2024
By taxi: There are several taxi providers right outside of the airport that will take you to your destination. Uber & Bolt are also available in Stockholm. 

How do I get to the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre venue?

The venue is in the city center and easily accessible by both metro, commuter train and taxi. Nils Ericsons Plan 4, 111 64 Stockholm
