Sep 27, 2022 | Interviews

At the Future Talent Council we believe it is important for C-suite executives, leaders of higher educational institutions and governmental officials to collaborate on the critical talent issues that will affect the global economy and human capital in the workplace.

We have conducted over 150 interviews with a mix of C-suite executives, academic leaders and policy makers.

We are focusing our attention on eight key research imperatives we have identified that are globally critical for talent.

As part of this research we have conducted over 150 interviews with a mix of C-suite executives, (mostly from Fortune 1,000 companies), academic leaders and policy makers. During our interview process some inspirational leaders generously agreed to share their future thinking about talent with the public.

Today we’re proud to introduce: Peter Vogt, Deputy Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Centre Administration at Nestlé S.A.

Peter Vogt is a leader with a clear future vision around talent and is committed to engaging others in the drive to deliver world talent needs. Peter explains both his broad views about talent, especially about the need for cooperation between governments, academic institutions and companies, and the global steps being taken by Nestle to both deliver the talent for the future to Nestle and the broader world.
