AI and robotics in recruitment: Unilever’s Ahmed Babatin and Nicky Clement

During our discussions with global businesses we have encountered a wide range of approaches to the use of AI, automation and robotics in the HR sphere. In this interview with Unilever you can hear how HR is embracing robotics and AI in the recruitment area and more widely within HR in the Unilever business.

Ahmed Babatin, Global Talent and Performance Management Director
and Nicky Clements, VP HR, Organisation & People Analytics from Unilever give us a true insight to the practical application of cutting edge technology in a global business.

The conversations were led by the Future Talent Council’s Senior Vice President Caroline Brent.
