s an FTC member, you are part of an engaged community of thought leaders who want to positively influence and plan for the future of talent. The FTC community recognizes the global challenges facing the future of talent across the world and understands that it is vital to prepare now for the workforce needs of 2030.

The FTC community also knows that the key to success is to work in collaboration with employers, university leaders and public policy makers to create a future workforce that contributes to society through effective application of learning and supporting public policy.

FTC’s mission is to bring together thought leaders from higher education, senior executives of major employers, and public policy makers who are involved in labor and education matters to collaborate on the critical talent issues that will affect the global economy. Eight imperatives have been identified as critical talent issues that will profoundly change the nature of work by 2030:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Automation
  • Leadership
  • Lifelong Learning
  • Global Top Talent
  • Big Data and Predictive Analytics
  • Diversity/Marginalized Populations
  • Ethics, Transparency and Sustainability
  • Flexibility and Work-Life Integration

Through our research and in consultation with our members, we test the validity of these imperatives and refine them as we learn more.

Through our annual summit, regional webinars and seminars, we will work together to define how we can influence global matters affecting talent. Our agenda will call for actions that secure future talent through learning, working and public policy.

You will receive prima facie research that helps you in your own sphere of work and connects you with relevant colleagues and organizations globally.

You will also be supported by our professional team on specific topics of interest to you. We are excited to begin our journey and welcome you as a partner in preparing and influencing the future of talent.
