Ahmed Mohammed Babatin
, is a Saudi Citizen. He’s got a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Ahmed started his career in 2000 as a Production Engineer working in the National Biscuit and confectionery company for four years and then shifted to HR in 2004, leading the HR agenda for the company.

In 2005, he joined Unilever looking after the HR agenda in the supply chain. He has worked in many departments within HR in both Saudi and the north Africa and middle east. In April 2017, I moved to the HR global team based in London as the global talent director.

Nicky Clement
leads the People Analytics, Organisation Effectiveness and Workforce Planning agendas for Unilever. She has worked for Unilever for 20 years in HR, initially as a graduate trainee.

Nicky Clement, VP HR, Organisation & People Analytics at UnileverNicky has spent the majority of her career as an HR Business Partner for teams from R&D to Marketing and Supply Chain to Finance.

She has always had a deep interest in both analytics and organizational design and her current role enables her to use her experience and passion for the benefit of Unilever’s customers and people.
